Our Founder Dean Forte has been involved in boutique firms across Melbourne throughout his career, with a focus on helping small businesses navigate their taxation obligations – from income tax, GST, capital gains tax, payroll tax and land tax amongst others, to help achieve business growth through strategic decision making and understanding the commercial realities of business owners.
Whether your business is in its infancy, a growth phase, maturity or looking towards an exit strategy or succession plan, Dean has tax and business advisory experience across all phases of the business life cycle to help enable you to extract the most out of your business and build your wealth portfolio.
We also service clients looking to structure their investments in a tax effective manner that is going to help achieve their goals. With different end goals for every client situation, Dean develops an understanding of what the short, medium and long term strategy of the investment, the taxation and business environment surrounding it, to help develop bespoke solutions to each clients individual need.
Dean is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute of Australia and a Registered Tax Agent
Other accreditations include being Xero Advisor Certified, Fathom Advisor Certified, and Mindshop Adviser accredited.
Tax Practitioner Stewardship Group
Utilising his experience in the tax and accounting industry, Dean is also a member of the Australian Taxation Office Tax Practitioner Stewardship Group (TPSG), helping improve the administration of and client experience in navigating the Australian taxation system.
